Plastik Ok uses rigid quality control procedures to meet the needs of the most demanding clients. Conscientious and well trained quality control personnel ensure bottles are delivered consistently and within specification. The following are some of the steps we take to ensure that only the highest quality products leave our facility.

We use only certified prime resins
We ensure lot traceability
We use an integrated production and quality control management system to:
- Ensure product consistency from run to run
- Record daily production data and process adjustments
- Document dimensional and visual inspections during production
- Record post-production quality control results
We ensure that employees are well trained in identifying problems before they are packed.
